Litigation and arbitration

Litigation and arbitration is a comprehensive part of modern legal proceedings. The legal field of lawsuits handled by Nordic Law contains all types of civil cases within our areas of expertise, either in civil court proceeding or, if it is agreed upon by the disputing parties, through litigation. Where it can be motivated from a business standpoint, the dispute should be brought to resolution through proceedings at the civil court. Where the risks are far too great, resolution to the agreement may be sought through negotiation instead.

Nordic Law has extensive experience in assisting clients with all types of business-related legal disputes. We are also used as arbitrators from time to time.

The firm participates actively in the Västsvenska Industri- och Handelskammaren's L-Tech committee "Access to Court".
