Entertainment and Sports law

Nordic Law acts as a full service provider of legal services for the entertainment industry. Our expertise is not only limited to the conventional legal fields such as licensing and labour/contracting, but extends to legal questions surrounding production, marketing, joint ventures, partnerships, arena localization and financing. We are regularly given assignments by Swedish and international companies working with TV, theatre, music and show productions, as well as the travel and tourism industry.

Sport is becoming increasingly competitive in all aspects, without losing its entertaining character. Sport to us is entertainment. Through strategic partnerships with some of southern and western Sweden's leading sports clubs, we have helped with drafting and negotiating contracts, legal advice concerning corporate and sponsorship questions, assistance in relation to the Swedish Lottery Inspection, board work at organizations and much more. Our commitment to sport is also reflected in our genuine enthusiasm in the sports clubs we work with. Although we may all have our preferences as supporters, we never let those preferences get in the way of providing excellent, unprejudiced advice.
