Nordic Law involved in asset purchase

Nordic Law has assisted SA Invest AB (SA) in the companies acquisiton of Elicom Telemontage AB. Elicom is a service company, providing upkeep and repair services to the telecom industry to among other companies TeliaSonera AB (publ) . The transaction team consisted of Anders Kinntorph and Patrick Andersson.
