Nordic Law has assisted Vehicle Communications Sweden AB (Vehco) in the companies acquisiton of the companies Comlog A/S and Comlog GmbH. Through the acquisition, Vehco becomes the Nordic regions largest supplier of mobile computer solutions to the transport industryand at the same time makes Vehco a significant company in its field of operation within the European community. The transaction team consisted of Anders Bergkvist and Patrick Andersson.
