CEDR accreditation for Nordic Law partners
Recently, the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and Industry met an agreement with CEDR, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. The agreement made it possible for West Sweden to profile itself as a region with ample resources to lead dispute resolution proceedings.
CEDR is an independent non-profit organisation with a public mission and supported by multinational business, law firms and public sector organisations. CEDR works in the UK and internationally to cut the cost of conflict and create a world of choice and capability in conflict prevention and resolution. They work on both a national and international level informing the development of ADR within civil justice systems, business, public and legal sectors. CEDR set the standard for dispute resolution and conflict management with our leading mediation, consultancy and training services.
Anders J Bergkvist and Pär Caldenby of Nordic Law took part of the CEDR accredited mediator courses held in Gothenburg this wintera dn can now call themselves accredited mediators of the CEDR dispute resolution program, after passing all phases of testing. We congratulate both of them and hope this can lead to a wider knowledge from Swedish companies on the positives of mediation.
