Patrick Andersson

Patrick has extensive experience of general corporate law. After several years with the legal department at Ericsson, working primarily with larger international contractual negotiations, he joined Nordic Law in 2001. His primary focus has been working on structural legal work with respect to large corporate transactions, contract negotiations and drafting. He takes pride in straightforward, simple and result-oriented legal practice and believes that the law does not have a purpose of its own, but rather must be viewed from a broader perspective in order to use the law as a mean of creating client benefits. Much appreciated by his clients, he has worked as a chief legal advisor to the Nobel Biocare Group since 2002. With the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he holds seminars in international corporate law.

Patrick is curious and has taken recent interest in issues regarding license agreements concerning software based on open source. When you meet him, take notice of his genuine commitment working as a youth football coach. When the working day comes to an end, he's always in a hurry to get home to his wife and children.
