My Simonsson

My is on maternal leave and will return full-time in autumn 2010.

My joined Nordic Law in 2001. Through her extensive experience of working with corporate law and board issues, she has already held positions on several companies boards, usually as a secretary, a position many swedish companies use a lawyer for in order to ensure they follow protocol correctly. She strives in all her work to find simple solutions to the complex legal and non-legal issues that her clients may face.

She lives on the coast north of Gothenburg with her husband and two small children. During the summer, in addition to her full-time job as a lawyer, she helps her husband in the family's fishmonger's stall. Her wide range of negotiation skills that come with her choice of profession serve her well at daybreak at the Smögen Fish Auction. She is interested in interior design and has a dream of one day opening her own boutique. 

Her main areas of expertise are commercial and corporate law and aslo mergers and acquisitions.
